Proserpine Golf Club is home to one of Queensland’s best PGA Golf Professionals, offering high-quality golf lessons and custom club fittings in the new Golf Learning and Simulation Centre. There is a range of golf lesson options suited for beginners right through to elite players, with our professional tailoring each golf lesson to suit your skill level and desired outcomes. Lessons are conducted in our industry-leading Golf Learning and Simulation Centre, on the golf course and in our short game practice facilities.
Roger Vandenberg has been the Head Professional at Proserpine Golf Club now for over 5 years and we are pleased he will be with us for at least the next 5 years.
Roger became a full member of the Australian Professional Golf Association in 2006 at the completion of his apprenticeship. As a fully accredited and registered coach under the PGA, Roger can advise on every aspect of the modern game.

FlightScope Simulator

The Golf Learning and Simulation Centre adds a further dimension to the coaching and equipment selection options available. The air-conditioned indoor facility holds the Mevo + Flightscope system to capture every stroke and shot you take, which can be used indoors on a 130-inch screen or outdoors on the range or tee.
Unless you have a “standard” body in terms of height and reach etc then it could be that you need non-standard clubs in some way.
The length and lie angle can all improve your game consistently allowing you to swing correctly with the equipment tailored to you.
For all your club fitting and equipment selection options Roger can include the Mizuno DNA fitting and evaluation technology to make sure you are best prepared for your game.
